The Traffic Accident Solutions (TAS) Team brings decades of real world law enforcement experience as accident reconstruction experts, traffic safety specialists and police instructors. Chris Weinbrenner has been declared an accident reconstruction expert in the court of law and is internationally certified as an accident reconstructionist through the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR #2779).
The TAS Team brings the experience of investigating thousands of accident investigations and hundreds of accident reconstructions that included commercial vehicles, pedestrians, motorcycles, bicycles, and railroad crossing collisions.
The TAS Team has instructed accident investigation, DUI investigation, vehicle code laws and police RADAR and LASER speed enforcement courses at police academies, mobile training units, crash reconstruction task force meetings and at local Police Departments. The TAS Team has also presented and lectured vehicle safety programs including seatbelt safety, impaired driving and distracted driving dangers and several other programs to school students, businesses and civic organizations.

Traffic Accident Solutions will provide a FREE one hour presentation on accident reconstruction to legal counsels to assist attorneys with obtaining Minimum Legal Continuing Education (MLCE) hours for the Illinois State Bar Association and other applicable organizations. We will also provide firms with the required documentation needed.
The Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) is an internationally recognized commission with less than 1,500 ACTAR Accredited Reconstructionists practicing throughout the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. An ACTAR Accredited Reconstructionist must apply to the commission and meet minimum standards of education and experience. If the standards are met, the reconstructionist must successfully complete a practical and a theoretical examination to be accredited. They then must continue to obtain CEU’s in the field of accident reconstruction to maintain this accreditation. ACTAR Website
All employees of Traffic Accident Solutions have been certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board as Illinois Accident Reconstruction Specialists. Many have testified as accident reconstruction experts and are/were members of accident reconstruction task forces.
